Leasing Administrator

Mizzi Motors Limited is one of the leading companies within the local automotive industry and importer of top automotive brands.

We are currently seeking to recruit an Leasing Administrator within Mizzi Lease, oversee and assist in the daily administration requirements of the Leasing operation.

Main tasks and responsibilities

To assist and support the Leasing Manager in the general day-to-day running of the departments.

To administer and process any documentation needed on new cars for Festa Limited including Insurance, Licence and Towing registrations.

To liaise with the Insurance Companies and Towing Services with regards to renewals.

To process vehicle license renewals.

To process contravention points allocations and payments.

To make sure that lease contracts are issued and signed on time including the credit applications.

To liaise with the Finance Department with regards to invoicing.

To make sure that all documentation is in place and approved when clients need to travel abroad.

To attend any training that might be required and requested by the Company.

To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.

To abide with the Company Policies and Procedures.

Educational and skill requirements

Excellent communication


Work on own initiative

Time management

‘O’ level standard of education.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
