Client Relationship Officer
Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited (JMFA), an investment services company licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority under the Investment Services Act, is seeking to recruit a full-time Client Relationship Officer.
The successful candidate will be assisting a team of Investment Advisors and be responsible for providing a high level of service to their clients.
A remuneration package, commensurate with relevant experience, is being offered, along with the opportunity to become part of an energetic team within a well-structured organisation.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Providing client support and handling client communications effectively
- Assistance with the preparation of documentation such as investor suitability reports and investment proposals
- Updating of client files (due to expired or missing information)
- Ongoing AML related checks on clients (to ensure client information in the system is up to date and complete)
- Liaising with the Compliance & AML team to ensure ongoing compliance to regulations
Educational and skill requirements
- A diploma or degree related to financial services
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial services institutions, however adequate training will be provided
- Analytical and good time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and Maltese both verbal and written
- Experience in Client Relationship Management would be considered an asset, however, adequate training will be provided
