Head Chef

The selected candidate will bear the responsibility of overseeing the entire kitchen
operations, including menu creation, efficient resource cost management, and adherence to
food safety and hygiene standards.

The Head Chef must possess excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities,
a collaborative team spirit, and a professional demeanor. Leadership qualities are crucial, as
the chosen candidate will be tasked with training, motivating, and inspiring the kitchen team
to deliver a superior dining experience.

Key qualifications and characteristics sought for this position include:
 A minimum of two years in a senior role within a reputable establishment
 A passion for gastronomy
 Highly skilled in Mediterranean Cuisine with a solid understanding of Sushi
 Natural leadership capabilities with the ability to lead by example
 Proficiency in English and preferably Maltese
 Preferably, a graduate from a recognized Culinary Arts school
 Valid work permit for Malta and a clean police conduct
