Support the client through full testing lifecycles and Go Live including test script creation.

Offer ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.






-Solution Optimization:


 - 

Continuously assess and optimize Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to align with evolving business needs.


 - 

Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and functionalities.






-User Training and Support


 - 

Conduct user training sessions to familiarize clients with the Oracle ERP Cloud system and its functionalities.



 - 

Provide post-implementation support and assist end-users in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.






-Documentation and Knowledge Sharing


 - 

Prepare functional documentation, including system configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.



 - 

Share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to the development of reusable assets and templates.






About You

The successful candidate will possess:



 - 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business and Information Technology, Computing and Business, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.


 - 

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules especially Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.


 - 

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle ERP Cloud applications.


 - 

Experience with system integration and data migration.


 - 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


 - 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.


 - 

Working with and supporting other implementation consultants as part of a project team.


 - 

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


 - 

Having strong experience in Support Life Cycle, SLA management and working with Oracle Product and Cloud Infra support group


 - 

Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs.


 - 

Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables


 - 

Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner


 - 

Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis


 - 

Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus
