Our in person intensive course is just what you need if you're looking for antenatal preparatory classes that are delivered in a modern, practical and efficient manner.

Delivered over THREE SESSIONS, this course covers all you need to know about pregnancy, labour & delivery, and the postpartum period. We focus on practical information that really matters and our expert midwives guide you through the latest evidence-based recommendations.

This course is also a great way to socialise with fellow pregnant women and birth partners, and our midwives provide parents-to-be with continued support via a private online chat.

This course is available in ENGLISH or MALTESE at the MyMama Hub in Naxxar, or Zugraga Hub in Mqabba.
