Accounts / Administration Assistant

A bright person interested in Accounts is needed to join the Administration / Accounting Department of company that provides ICT Solutions. Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Managing new rders and reconciling expenses  entries and Licences
  • Handling of inventory including periodic stock taking
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Carrying out reconciliations of suppliers and other general ledgers
  • Scheduling and processing payments
  • Maintaining financial records and assist with the preparation of periodic finanical reports
  • Carrying out general office administration as required
Educational and skill requirements
  • An A' Level standard or equivalent in Accounts
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written
  • A can do attitude
  • A desire to for continouse learning and the drive to see yourself and the team succeed
