Accounts Clerk / Debt Collector

RMX Limited is searching to recruit a full time Accounts Clerk and debt collector. The ideal candidate will work together with the rest of the accounting team in order to maintain a smooth running of the back office.

Main duties:

• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and monitoring accounts
• Updating and maintaining accounting journals and ledgers.
• Processing invoices, recording payments and chasing of debtors.
• Liaising with the accountant for the completion of management accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in the same or similar position
• O-Level in Accounting or similar is required
• Knowledge of SAGE Accounting software
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Task prioritisation and excellent time management
• Reliable, high level of integrity and work ethics
• Responsible and positive attitude
• Fluent in Maltese and English languages
