Accounts Clerk

We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Clerk to join our client's team and contribute to the seamless management of accounting tasks. This pivotal role involves providing essential support to the existing finance team in view of the growth and diversification of this dynamic group.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Organise and maintain filing systems
  • Prepare bookkeeping and data entry
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day functioning of our accounting operations
Educational and skill requirements
  • An O level in accounting and previous office experience would be considered an asset
  • Speak in fluent English (knowledge of Maltese is an asset)
  • Be computer literate
  • Have an exceptional attitude to learn
