After Sales Service Manager
Established 70 years ago, AFS Ltd. is a market leader in delivering a solution-oriented approach to water handling products and services: including pumps, pipe systems, water storage and wastewater handling. We are now looking to grow our team with an After Sales Service Manager. A key player who will ensure that our clients continue receiving unparalleled service long after the sale is complete.

Your Role:
You will lead our after-sales, service, and parts division, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. You will be responsible for managing technicians, optimising service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving department profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all after-sales service, repairs, maintenance, and parts operations.
- Develop and execute strategies for aftermarket growth and profitability.
- Manage key customer accounts, service scheduling, and handle escalated issues.
- Lead and mentor the technical team to maximise efficiency and potential.
- Maintain inventory and conduct stock control.
- Set and review pricing strategies for parts and labour.
- Support sales through service-based promotions and insights.
- Create and monitor performance reports and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Technical Diploma (or higher)
- Proven leadership skills in a technical service or aftermarket environment.
- Strong customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in inventory and budget management is an asset.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- A flair for resolving issues in a timely and profitable manner
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
