Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Aftersales Operations Coordinator to support the General Manager and the wider Aftersales Departments (Service, Parts, Warranty, and Customer Care). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic automotive environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination — Assist in day‑to‑day management of after-sales workflows, ensuring smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Warranty teams.
- Data & Reporting — Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking for aftersales performance.
- Process Support — Support implementation of process improvements, manufacturer standards, and internal procedures.
- Customer Case Handling — Assist with escalated customer cases, follow‑ups, and coordination with technical teams.
- Manufacturer Liaison — Support communication with Peugeot, Citroën, and Opel regarding technical bulletins, warranty matters, and compliance requirements.
- Administrative Support — Manage documentation, scheduling, internal communication, and general operational tasks.
- Project Assistance — Assist in aftersales initiatives such as service campaigns, recalls, and customer satisfaction programs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in automotive, logistics, or service operations is an asset
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
- Customer‑oriented approach with problem‑solving skills
