FMcore has its roots in the 44 years of building service engineering provided by Mediterranean Technical Service [MTS] in Malta as well as a long international business experience in property development and facility management projects in the UK, Denmark, Iceland and the Middle East.

About the role:
Based at our headquarters in the Maltese islands, our selected talent will join our stellar Finishes &amp; Fit Outs team and will be entrusted to provide contract administration including but not limited to:

<li>Helping the project manager onsite,</li>
<li>Co-ordination with client or his representative,</li>
<li>Liaison with suppliers including making sure FMcore gets the best prices during the procurement process,</li>
<li>Preparation of workshop drawing for ACAD drafting,</li>
<li>Provide the necessary support to the site personnel to carry out the works on site,</li>
<li>Prepare commissioning procedures and take an active role in their implementation,</li>
<li>Seek feedback from client on the performance of FMcore&rsquo; deliverables.</li>
<li>Co-ordination with sub-contractors</li>
<li>Perform site inspections on site to make sure FMcore is delivering what is expected. This is part of FMcore&rsquo;s Quality Assurance process.</li>
