Assistant Shift Supervisor (FDF)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Production Department at Combino Pharm for the following role:

Assistant Shift Supervisor (FDF)

The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out manufacturing processes that convert active ingredients and other chemical substances into the final dosage form units.
• Assisting in the packaging of the final product to be distributed to our clients.
• Assisting Shift Leader I in supervising the ongoing production in the FDF unit.
• Taking responsibility for the correct handling of shifts when the Shift Leader I is not on site.
• Following SOPs, Quality Systems, and Environmental Management Systems at all times.

Maintaining the required standards of:

• Quality
• Health and safety
• Hygiene
• Security in the work environment

The Position Requires:

• An O ’Level standard of education (preferably technical/ scientific).
• Working on a rotational shift basis.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in FDF.
• Willingness to work on a 4-shift basis.
• Proficiency in using basic Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.

• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks to maintain deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Confident and proactive in carrying out one’s duties.
• Extremely organised.
