Bar Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team at db San Antonio Hotel + Spa.
The Job
- Perform rotation cleaning duties (i.e., deep cleaning of assigned areas) in accordance with the schedule.
- Deliver and retrieve items from the bar counter.
- Follow security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and report any maintenance issues.
- Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs offered by the organisation.
- Engage with guests in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
- Encourage teamwork and clear communication with bartenders and wait staff.
- Avoid wastage of products and ancillary amenities offered to customers.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in a food and beverage outlet environment is considered an advantage.
- Willing to be trained in the company’s procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving furniture.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Open to attending company training and development programs.
- Maintains a high level of personal hygiene.
