Barista

F&F Recruitment is actively looking for a Barista who is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks following company recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and provide friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.
• Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and make recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee preparation.
