We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for Barista position.

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. They ensure the cleanliness and organization of the café, maintain inventory, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Take customer orders, and handle transactions accurately.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations when needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience for the role.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to excellent service.
• Fluency in English and/or Maltese.
