Beach Club Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mellieħa for a Beach Club Manager at Tortuga Beach.
The Beach Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospitality operations including menu development, pricing strategy, staff training and development, event planning, daily operations, and guest relations.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hospitality or tourism setting
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team, creating menu items and promotions, and developing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting revenues and analyzing trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and team members
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
- Experience with event planning and management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of local regulations and safety guidelines
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are preferred.
