Beauty Sales Representative

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Salon Services Ltd. is a growing and leading distributor of professional hair and beauty products in Malta, committed to supporting both salon professionals and retail customers. The company offers a wide selection of internationally recognized brands and provides not only products, but also equipment, training, and continuous support to the hair & beauty industry.

Salon Services Ltd. operates with a strong focus on quality, accessibility, and innovation, including the development of online platforms.

Whilst training is provided, previous experience will be considered an asset.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
Taking orders and providing the necessary follow-up to customers.
Collecting payments from customers.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
Promoting the company’s products and services while achieving sales targets.

Educational and skill requirements

Experience in the Beauty Industry is required.
Good command of English and Maltese.
Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to set priorities and meet target goals.
Excellent selling, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be self-driven, self-motivated, and customer service oriented.
Valid driver's license.
