CAMO Engineer-Planner

Meliteh Recruiting is hiring an experienced CAMO Engineer-Planner to join our client's team on a full-time basis in Malta.

The CAMO Engineer-Planner ensures the company's aircraft fleet is airworthy and meets regulatory standards by efficiently planning and coordinating all maintenance activities.

Role Requirements:

• An engineering-aeronautical degree; OR, an Aircraft Maintenance License, B1, B2, C or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar CAMO-Planning role; OR, 5 years experience in a Part 145 organisation
• Comprehensive knowledge of EASA regulations including Part 145 and Part CAMO
• Ideally have worked with Boeing Aircraft types, experience with other aircraft types is considered advantageous
• Proficient in computer usage, including maintenance planning software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to create detailed and accurate reports, documenting maintenance activities, compliance status, and technical findings; including communicating and presenting information clearly and concisely
• Flexible approach to work, to match operational requirements
• Highly motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative
• Excellent organization skills with ability to plan and prioritize effectively
• Legal right to live and work in the EU

Main Duties:

• Coordinate maintenance requirements with various Line and Base maintenance organisations
• Provide technical support and advisory services
• Provide comprehensive work packs, ensuring they contain all required documentation and instructions
• Manage material preloading to ensure the availability of necessary parts, tools, and equipment ahead of scheduled maintenance
• Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with the approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme, including adherence to mandatory ADs, CMRs, LLPs, ALIs, and other regulatory requirements
• Oversee unscheduled maintenance and defect rectifications to ensure they comply with approved standards or deferments as per MEL/CDL requirements, ensuring no defect postponement occurs unless following an approved procedure
