Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Vehicle Handling & Inspection: Accurately conduct vehicle inspections with attention to detail to update vehicle chart.
  • Client Service & Communication: Clear communication during vehicle handover with client, providing them with detailed report of vehicle condition. Provide end-to-end support to clients, explaining policies & ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Assist clients in document processing, such as claim forms, processing charges & completing daily financial reporting.
  • Sales & Upselling: Proactively identify and act on opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrades that add value to the client experience.
  • Client Feedback: Promoting our channels for reviews for continued feedback.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Fluent in English, including written expression; additional languages are an asset.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer care-focused role
  • Familiarity with traffic and parking regulations.
  • Driving license B for both manual and automatic vehicles
  • IT Proficiency: Comfortable using tablets, email, and basic office software tools.
