Carpet Cleaning Supervisor & Warehouse Assistant

The Carpet Cleaning Supervisor leads cleaning technicians, assesses carpet conditions, and ensures high-quality stain removal and restoration. They coordinate schedules, manage chemical inventory, and enforce strict safety standards across commercial and residential sites.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule carpet cleaning technicians to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality service.
Quality Control: Conduct daily assessments to identify carpet materials and determine the safest, most effective cleaning methods (e.g., hot water extraction, dry cleaning).
Equipment & Inventory Management: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and safe operation of commercial vacuums, extractors, and polishers. Monitor chemical supply levels and reorder as necessary.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to OSHA safety protocols, manufacturer chemical instructions, and safe dilution ratios. [1, 2]
