

Casino Manager - African Market
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of the casino & GOC vertical for one of Africa’s most ambitious new iGaming ventures. As Casino Manager – Africa, you will play a central role in the launch and ongoing success of Betsson Group’s entry into the region, beginning with a first country in the west Francophone region , a dynamic, mobile-first market that will serve as the launchpad for broader expansion across the African continent
You will be working with best-in-class tools, including a best-in-class Casino Engine, Bonus Engine, and Jackpot Engine platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape localized casino offerings, optimize performance, and deliver engaging and relevant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Own the commercial performance of the casino vertical across African markets, focusing on NGR, retention, and player activity.
- Build and execute local promotional calendars using bonus features including free spins, cashback, and tournaments.
- Manage game content using the platform back office: add new titles, edit game attributes, and curate localized lobbies.
- Collaborate with game providers and central teams to coordinate timely game launches and monitor performance.
- Ensure platform compliance with local regulations, including RTP, bonus restrictions, and jurisdiction-specific content filtering.
- Utilize the platform Game Recommendation Engine to optimize discovery and engagement based on local player behavior.
- Launch, monitor, and manage localized jackpots using the jackpot engine, configuring contribution models, segmentation, and promotional display.
- Partner with VIP and CRM teams to define high-value customer journeys and segment-specific activation campaigns.
- Work closely with BI and analytics to track KPIs, campaign ROI, game performance, and bonus cost efficiency.
- Liaise with the platform provider support for content, bonus, or jackpot-related technical resolutions.

Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Required Work Experience
- 3–5 years in casino operations, content management, or product ownership within the iGaming industry
- Proven understanding of game mechanics, segmentation, RTPs, and promotion types
- Experience with platform tools like casino engines, Bonus engine
- Familiarity with mobile-first user behavior and regulatory nuances in African markets
Other Requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to turn insights into actions
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage
