This drive thru business located adjacent to the Mriehel Bypass and in the Mriehel Industrial Zone, is an attraction to the work force present in the area, the huge corporate firms, suppliers and miscellaneous establishments. It is formed with the intention to differ from the traditional franchises and fast food branches already present in Malta.
The goal is to keep up with the efficiency and quickness that these branches already provide however with a twist involving a higher quality dish! Our menu revolves around an American style kitchen. Another demographic of this drive thru that differs from others is the physical appearance of it which apart from the drive in for pick up, has a very modern look to it being constructed through the design of shipping containers.

Chef
The Chef is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in a kitchen. They ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality. A Chef also leads the kitchen team, manages food inventory, and contributes to menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and menu requirements.
- Ensure dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
Food Safety & Cleanliness:
- Ensure all food safety standards and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Properly store ingredients and leftovers to prevent spoilage.
Quality Control:
- Inspect the quality of ingredients and finished dishes.
- Maintain consistency in the quality and taste of meals.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow local, state, and federal health and safety regulations regarding food handling and kitchen safety.
- Ensure kitchen staff adhere to proper food safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
- Leadership and management skills to guide and motivate kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other staff and management.
