Chef De Partie

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie with excellent cooking skills and product knowledge. You’ll have experience in busy, high profile venues that care about the food they produce. As Chef de Partie, you will look after your section ensuring that it is efficient and productive.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • To assist in the day-to-day operations of the Villa Bologna Restaurant Kitchen.
  • Preparing food before service
  • Setting up and stocking kitchen stations
  • Plating to company standards
  • Assist with kitchen inventory, ordering and supplies
  • Keep stations clean and complies with food safety standards
  • Assist for the storage of food according to Health and Safety Regulations
Educational and skill requirements
  • Up to 3-5 years' experience in a busy Italian or Mediterranean kitchen
  • Can do attitude
  • Genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organised and reliable
  • Fluent in English
  • Available on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
