

Chef De Partie (Breakfast)
ES Hotels is looking for a Chef De Partie (Breakfast) who will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring smooth kitchen operations in the morning shift.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes following hotel standards.

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients.

Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high efficiency.

Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements.
-
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.

Knowledge of breakfast preparation, plating, and food safety regulations.
-
First preference will be given to candidates with a valid Skills Pass.
