Chef De Partie (Breakfast)

ES Hotels is looking for a Chef De Partie (Breakfast) who will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring smooth kitchen operations in the morning shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes following hotel standards.

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high efficiency.

  • Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of breakfast preparation, plating, and food safety regulations.

  • First preference will be given to candidates with a valid Skills Pass.
