StiLLeL Retreat / SkyLounge a distinguished hotel and restaurant venue in Saint Paul's Bay, Malta, is seeking a talented a dedicated Chef de Partie (or an advancing Commis Chef) to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities

Section Management: Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauces.

Food Preparation: Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

Support Role: Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in kitchen operations and staff supervision.

Training and Development: Mentor junior kitchen staff and advancing Commis Chefs, fostering their growth and development.

Hygiene and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
-
Experience as a Chef de Partie or an advancing Commis Chef in a professional kitchen.

Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Eagerness to learn and progress in the culinary field.
