Trattoria Da Manuele is seeking for a Full-Time Chef to join the team. The ideal candidate will oversee meal preparation, menu design and kitchen management among other operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality dishes
• Following established operating procedures
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and responsibility
• Working evenings and weekends as required
  
  

Qualifications:

• Formal qualifications are preferred but not required
• Prior experience in a la carte restaurants is essential
• Reliable transportation is necessary, as public transport could be unavailable during closing hours
