We are currently seeking to recruit Full-Time Chefs de partie to join our kitchen teams in
Mellieha, Salini and St. Julian’s.

The Chefs de Partie will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, preparing and executing a diverse range of dishes, and ensuring that every plate leaving their station meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. They will work closely with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized kitchen environment.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen
• Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
• Clean police conduct certificate
