Clerk - Health & Safety (Part-Time)
Malta International Airport plc is looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about working with people within an Airport environment, and are willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Health & Safety Department.
Purpose of Position:
Provide dedicated administrative support to Health & Safety Department. The role focuses on assisting with project coordination, managing access passes, maintaining records, and supporting training and other departmental activities. This position ensures smooth operations of projects and effective communication across departments.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in handling project-related access passes, including registration and issuance of cards and passes.
- Assist in scheduling and slotting attendees for health and safety training programs.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate training and compliance activities.
- Manage logistical arrangements for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain and update health and safety training records and databases accurately.
- Support data management, filing, scanning, and secure transmission of information.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support the department's operations.
- Ensure all delegated duties are carried out in line with the guidance and direction provided by the team.
