Client Support Officer
The purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction by managing all after-sales activities, addressing customer concerns effectively, coordinating service and support, and building long-term customer relationships to enhance company reputation and repeat business.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, service requests, and solutions provided.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare after-sales reports for management analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in processing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with warranty policies.
- Educate customers about product usage, maintenance, and service schedules.
- Identify potential areas of improvement in after-sales processes and recommend solutions.
- Support the sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Promote value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and extended warranties where applicable.
Educational and skill requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of CRM and after-sales processes
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments
- Basic technical understanding of products/services handled
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in after-sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Knowledge in the construction, design, marble or ceramics or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, knowledge in Maltese is a plus.
