Condominium Portfolio Manager

TF Condominium Management Ltd. is seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as a Condominium Portfolio Manager.

The selected candidate will be assigned an established portfolio of condominium clients and will be responsible for their overall day-to-day management.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing an assigned portfolio of condominiums
• Acting as the main point of contact for owners
• Organising and conducting AGMs
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Obtaining and following up quotations
• Conducting site visits when required
• Following up outstanding payments
• Managing owner queries and ongoing condominium matters
• Ensuring works and decisions are properly followed through

Candidate Profile

• We are looking for someone who is organised, responsible, proactive, professional and capable of working independently.
• Candidates must be fluent in both Maltese and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in condominium management, property management, facilities management, real estate or similar roles is considered an asset.
• A valid driving licence and own means of transport are required.

Working Structure & Earnings

This is an independent/self-employed opportunity rather than a traditional fixed-salary position.

The selected Portfolio Manager will be assigned an existing, established portfolio of condominiums and will earn an attractive percentage of the administration revenue generated by the portfolio under their management.

There is no requirement to build a client portfolio from scratch – TF Condominium Management Ltd will provide the portfolio, systems, administrative support and existing contractor network.

As the assigned portfolio grows, the Portfolio Manager will have the opportunity to increase their earnings accordingly.
