Crewing Officer

Air Atlanta is seeking a motivated and solution-oriented individual to join its Crew Scheduling Department in Malta.

The department is responsible for workforce planning, roster production, and communication with crew members. This is a dynamic and varied role in a fast-paced environment, where strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate must be able to work independently while also thriving as part of a team.

The position involves 12-hour day and night shifts based on a 2-2-3 shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage crew staffing for the company’s aircraft
  • Ensure rosters comply with applicable laws, regulations, and collective agreements
  • Plan and coordinate crew training
  • Ensure all flight crew hold valid and required certifications at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in an aviation environment is an advantage
  • Proactive with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
