Main tasks and responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Customer Handling: Able to understand client's queries and provide a satisfactory solution to retain client. 
  • Client Service and Communication: Provide end-to-end support throughout rental duration ensuring overall satisfaction and guiding clients as per procedure.
  • Documentation and Payment Processing: Accurately identify clients who incur contraventions or have outstanding payments and chase for settlement. 
  • Office Tasks: Able to assist in daily office tasks, including upkeep of booking system and liaising with all departments. 
  • Policies and Procedures: Ability to read and understand rental contracts and follow company procedures.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Be fluent in English (written and spoken); any other languages are considered a plus!
  • Driving license B (manual and automatic) is ideal. 
  • Familiarity with traffic and parking regulations. 
  • Comfortable using IT devices and basic software such as e-mail and CRM.
Employment Conditions
  • Full-time in Malta. 
  • Candidates available on a part-time basis will also be considered. 
  • Working hours:
    • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
    • Alternate weekend days 08:00 - 13:00
