

Customer Care Representative
Lava Rewards is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team on a part-time, flexible basis and indefinite basis to join our team.

Job Description
- Responding to customer queries
- Input manual transactions through the backend
- Provide timely and friendly support that reflects the Lava Rewards brand
Your Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- A positive and customer-first attitude
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Maltese is a plus.
