Customs Clearance Officer

Join Our Team as a Customs Clearance Officer!

CTS Transport is growing fast, and we’re looking for a dedicated, organised, and enthusiastic Customs Clearance Officer to join our dynamic team.

The Role

• Process import and export documentation
• Use the Malta Customs online system (CES)
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams
• Handle queries, invoicing, filing, and other related tasks
• Accurately input Intrastat data

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Maltese (spoken & written)
• O’ Level standard education or higher
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Good computer knowledge – Excel, Microsoft Office & online systems
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in shipping or customs will be considered a strong asset
