Supplier Assistance:

Delivery Issue Resolution: 

• Assist suppliers with resolving delivery issues related to:
• Pricing details
• Barcode errors
• Dispatch Group assignments
• Activation Date setup
• Disabled items from Store, PDA, or Purchase Orders (PO)

New Item Submissions:

    Guide suppliers in submitting new items by:

• Explaining the item entry process to first-time suppliers or new supplier employees.
• Providing step-by-step guidance and hosting sessions to resolve queries.
• Assisting with error messages that appear due to missing data or benchmarks.

Stores Assistance:

• Item Dispatch Group Verification: Check and ensure the correct dispatch group is set for
• items on the web portal. Communicate with suppliers to make necessary updates.
• Pricing Discrepancies: Address store-reported issues with incorrect pricing. Work with suppliers to correct invoices or update the web portal with accurate pricing.
• PDA Issues: Handle store reports of “Item not found” or “Item Disabled” on PDAs, coordinating with suppliers or product managers to resolve.

Web Portal Management:

• New Items: Verify and update item details such as description, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and measurements for new entries.
• Price Changes: Check item descriptions, categories, and pricing for updates submitted by suppliers.
• Barcode Changes: Confirm item details for any barcode changes submitted on the web portal.
• Item Data Management: Update supplier reference codes, descriptions, measurements, and related data for items.
• Dispatch Group Assistance: Provide guidance to suppliers on setting up order and delivery dates, and assist in creating essential item information.
• Brand Management: Assist Product Managers in creating and managing new brands.

Fruit and Veg (F&V):

• Price Updates: Enter pricing details provided for Pitkalija Fruit and Veg into the web portal, and update F&V offers as confirmed by Jonathan.
• Offer Management: Set and activate offer codes for F&V items weekly, ensuring stores can apply F&V Offer sales.

Monthly Offers:

• Offer Setup: Gather data from product managers and extract key information to correctly set up offers on the web portal.
• Mix & Match Offers: Create and test Mix and Match offers on the system, provide step-by-step guidance to franchise stores, and adjust offers for specific stores as needed.
• Store-Level Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to offer setups reported by stores.

TCSM Items:

• New Item Creation: Collaborate for new COOP and Radenza items creation in TCSM and the web portal. Ensure accurate pricing details and item information are entered.
• Store-Specific Items: Work with the Stock Controller to create new items for stores as required.
• Price Adjustments: Update cost price and recommended retail price (RRP) for TCSM items when provided and resolve any pricing variances.

• Diploma level or equivalent.
• Experience in retail operations, supply chain management, or product administration.
• Strong attention to detail for handling item data, pricing, and barcodes.
• Excellent communication skills to assist suppliers and resolve store issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
