Day / Night Receptionist

Want to work at one of the top boutique hotels in Valletta? We are looking for a day/night receptionist on a full or part-time basis.

As a Receptionist you will contribute to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Receive guests to the hotel by greeting them warmly and attending to their inquiries

- Inform guests of the services and accommodation

- Build excellent relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints and request they may have in a very courteous manner

- Maintain orderliness at the front desk by arranging documents accordingly and keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times

- Report issues of maintenance

- Deliver the highest standards in customer service excellence

- Good interpersonal skills.

Education and requirements

Previous customer facing experience

Smart, professional appearance

Excellent customer service skills including telephone manner

Experience using hotel booking systems

Experience working in a luxury hotel

Hospitality qualification
