Delivery Helper

Reporting to the Farsonsdirect Manager, the Delivery Helper supports the efficient operation of Farsonsdirect by assisting with the safe and timely delivery of products to customers and between company locations.

Main Duties

• Assist the driver with daily deliveries to clients.
• Load and unload products carefully to minimise damages.
• Verify delivered goods against orders and invoices.
• Support payment collection and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Help maintain vehicle cleanliness and support smooth logistics operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous delivery or logistics experience is an asset.
• Physically fit and able to handle stock.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised, and a team player.
