Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager (CAMO)

Our client is a dynamic ACMI and wet-lease airline delivering ad-hoc passenger, cargo and charter aviation solutions. The company operates with full crews, aircraft and insurance under EASA standards, providing flexible, high-quality capacity when airlines need it.

As Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager (CAMO), you will support the Compliance Monitoring Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compliance function (Support)

  • Support the CMM in the daily management of the Compliance Monitoring department
  • Liase with other managers of the organisation
  • Support/train of auditor/analyst staff

Compliance function (Reporting)

  • Generate reports related to compliance monitoring functions (findings, KPI and ad-hoc)
  • Follow-up of mandatory reports generated by other internal departments

Compliance function (Procedures/Processes)

  • Review and develop internal procedures
  • Issue and revision of internal documents
  • Generate manuals, training content, information notes

Compliance function (Projects)

  • Participate, coordinate and oversight of current/new projects (aircraft induction, IOSA certification, IT software implementation, etc.)

Compliance function (Contract Management)

  • Support the assessment of new/existing suppliers
  • Conduct the compliance review of new/existing maintenance agreements

Contractor Oversight

  • Oversight of contracted organisations (line & base maintenance)

Subcontractor Oversight

  • Oversight of CAMO Subcontracted Functions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Aeronautical Engineer or Aeronautical Technical Engineer degree (other degrees will be considered as well)
  • Mininum 3 years of experience in Quality/Compliance Monitoring of Continuing Airworthiness or Maintenance organisations
  • Specific experience: Part-M & Part-CAMO Compliance Monitoring Auditor (Part-145 auditor experience will be also considered)
  • Necessary knowledge to handle and understand EASA regulations and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of procedures as working tools
  • Minimum "familiarization" level knowledge of aircraft and systems in area of specialization
