🎯 Your Mission

As our Director of Sales, you’ll shape and deliver the full sales strategy from building key partnerships with European leisure and corporate markets, to driving MICE business and ensuring Hard Rock Hotel Malta becomes the destination in the region.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Lead the pre-opening sales effort, building strong relationships with tour operators, MICE planners and corporate clients
• Develop and execute strategies across leisure, MICE, corporate and luxury segments
• Collaborate with Hard Rock International’s global sales team to amplify reach and brand impact
• Drive performance through smart revenue, pricing and distribution strategies
• Hire, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in senior sales leadership, ideally with pre-opening experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels
• Strong network across European travel trade, corporate and MICE markets
• A strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a hands-on approach
• Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
• Passion for music, entertainment and the Hard Rock DNA 🎶
