<li>Replace or repair faulty parts as necessary</li>
<li>Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and order of tools, equipment, and work areas</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to understand and resolve issues</li>
<li>Complete service reports and submit to supervisor as required</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times</li>
<li>Travel between Malta and Gozo for client visits (transport provided)</li>
