Electrical Works Project Manager

The Electrical Works Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical works across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, organised, and experienced in the local construction sector, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Manage and supervise electrical works from planning to completion on turnkey projects
Interpret technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD (ACAD)
Coordinate and communicate with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare work schedules, material take-offs, and resource allocation
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site
Carry out quality checks and inspections of completed works
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Troubleshoot technical issues and propose efficient solutions

Educational and skill requirements

Must possess a valid Electrician License A and B issued in Malta
Minimum 3 years of experience in the local electrical and construction sector
Strong understanding of Maltese electrical standards and construction regulations
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites / projects simultaneously
Fluent in English (knowledge of Maltese is an asset)
Valid driving license
