Engineering - Assistant Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to work on full-time basis.

About the Job:

Apart from the day-to-day jobs, s/he must check for the smooth operation of any work carried out by the team, also to adjust works depending on priorities including schedules, and instruct the best ways to do the work. Planning for in-house and out-contracted works for timeline and executions. Report progress of works and correspond with the Maintenance Manager and other Heads of Departments on works related to other departments or areas that may impact operation. Sign purchase orders and invoices for material requested. Check material and out contracted works’ quotes for the best prices.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same/similar position
HTD level of technical education or equivalent
Electrical License A and B preferred but not required
Familiarity with the latest HVAC, ELV systems.
Driving license.
