As an Engineering Manager in the Infrastructure area, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing engineering teams focused on building and maintaining robust, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions on Cloud and On-Premise. With a strong emphasis on leadership, you will cultivate an environment of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Managers to plan and execute the infrastructure roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving technical excellence and operational stability. Your experience in infrastructure technologies and agile methodologies will be crucial in fostering an engineering culture committed to delivering quality and reliable solutions.

- Build, lead, and develop high-performing infrastructure engineering teams.
- Ensure teams are properly structured, staffed, and equipped with the necessary skills.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability within the teams.
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business needs and ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and optimize team performance, processes, and productivity.
- Champion technical infrastructure initiatives and advocate for their inclusion in the roadmap.
- Ensure system health, performance, and stability through effective monitoring and maintenance processes.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to SLAs, maintaining high levels of service reliability.
- Identify and resolve obstacles impacting team efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, technical degree beneficial.
- AWS Cloud practitioner or equivalent would be beneficial.
- Proven experience in leading and managing infrastructure engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical background in infrastructure, including areas such as cloud platforms, networking, observability, CI/CD, and security.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in adopting and refining them in infrastructure teams.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Experience in monitoring system performance, stability, and meeting SLA requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
