Executive Administrator
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join the dynamic team of our client, a global finance Company with offices in 5 countries! If you're organized, proactive, and ready for an international financial services adventure, we a Ceek would love to hear from you!
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Directly report to the Head of Operations
- Ensure flawless daily operations through effective management of administrative processes
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, overseeing supplies and equipment
- Coordinate office logistics, including meetings, travel arrangements, and social events
- Update financial data on platforms, manage information delivery, review daily subscriptions and redemptions
- Collaborate with team members, including senior management, for effective teamwork
- Participate in assigned projects and initiatives as needed
Educational and skill requirements
- Previous experience as an Corporate Administrator or within Finance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Keen focus on detail and precision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent command of English, knowledge of Maltese language is a plus
- Willingness to travel to the Company’s London Office
