Executive Administrator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join the dynamic team of our client, a global finance Company with offices in 5 countries! If you're organized, proactive, and ready for an international financial services adventure, we a Ceek would love to hear from you!

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Directly report to the Head of Operations
  • Ensure flawless daily operations through effective management of administrative processes
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, overseeing supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate office logistics, including meetings, travel arrangements, and social events
  • Update financial data on platforms, manage information delivery, review daily subscriptions and redemptions
  • Collaborate with team members, including senior management, for effective teamwork
  • Participate in assigned projects and initiatives as needed
Educational and skill requirements
  • Previous experience as an Corporate Administrator or within Finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Keen focus on detail and precision
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent command of English, knowledge of Maltese language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to the Company’s London Office
