The Group has been involved in hospitality for almost four decades. Initially starting off as a guesthouse in 1984, operated by the Group’s founder Silvio Debono. Today, as the db group chairman, he sits at the helm of the largest hospitality operation in Malta. We are currently looking for an F&B Server to join our team at db Group.

Job Role

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with the company’s operational procedures and hygiene protocols.
Set up and reset tables in restaurant venues.
Prepare equipment based on daily operational needs.
Ensure the restaurant is organized and maintained according to company guidelines.
Conduct cleaning and sanitation of tables, buffet counters, cutlery, and crockery.
Deliver and retrieve items from buffet counters as needed.
Strive to exceed customer satisfaction metrics for the department and the hotel.
Engage in Training and Development programs provided by the organization.
Foster a friendly and cooperative work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in F&B would be considered advantageous.
Applicant must be residing in Malta
Good verbal and written communication in the English language and any other language.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
