Main Tasks &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Receive, check, organise, and properly store flowers, reporting any damages, waste, or stock shortages.</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the Flower Hub and shop floor, including restocking displays and fridges.</li>
<li>Assist with supplier checks, flower availability, pricing, and other daily operational tasks.</li>
<li>Provide professional support to colleagues, internal teams, and clients while following company procedures and standards.</li>

Important Requirements:

This role involves watering, pruning, repotting, pest management, and general upkeep of plants, while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.&nbsp;

This must be achieved whilst consistently and continuously ensuring compliance and adherence to company procedures.&nbsp;

Detailed description of MAIN tasks and KEY responsibilities:

<li>Water, prune, repot, fertilize, and carry out pest and disease control for indoor plants.</li>
<li>Monitor plant health and take corrective action to maintain high-quality displays.</li>
<li>Replace damaged or unhealthy plants in line with company standards.</li>
<li>Clean and maintain planters, containers, and surrounding display areas.</li>

Preferred Education &amp; Work Experience:

<li>Secondary school or vocational certificate in horticulture, landscaping, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>1 year of experience in indoor plant care, horticulture, or landscaping.</li>
<li>Knowledge of indoor plant varieties, care techniques, and common plant pests/diseases.</li>
<li>Experience with watering systems, fertilizers, and plant maintenance tools.</li>
