

Food and Beverage Supervisor
G3 Group is a leading hospitality group based in Mellieħa, Malta, proudly operating The Pergola Hotel & Spa, The Solana Hotel & Spa, and the DOMS Boutique Hotel, along with a portfolio of bars, restaurants, and wellness centres across the North of Malta. As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new hotel in the heart of St Julian's.
We are on the lookout for an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to become part of our team in Mellieha.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will be responsible for leading front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties;
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met;
- Ensure team provides friendly, and accurate service;
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up;
- Monitor and adjust team priorities to consider changing demand and patient flow across the service;
- Proactively assist junior staff members;
- Conduct end-of-day reports when requested;
- Support employees through conflict resolution, effective time management, workload prioritisation and individual staff development and review and conduct training programs on an ongoing basis;
- Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and training requirements as necessary;
- Communicate with senior management on a consistent basis;
- Assisting restaurant manager with store inventory and ordering;
- Serving food and beverages;
- Preparing beverages;
- Discuss, plan, and implement new policies with the Restaurant Manager;
- Any task commensurate with the role.

Proven supervisory experience in food & beverage or hospitality.

Strong knowledge of service standards, health & safety, and hygiene practices.

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in POS systems and basic IT tools.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English; other languages and hospitality qualifications are an asset.
