Food & Beverage Supervisor

Water’s Edge Hotel is a vibrant waterfront property known for warm hospitality, exceptional dining, and memorable guest experiences. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help maintain high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurant, bar and room-service shifts
• Lead, train and motivate service staff; oversee scheduling and performance
• Ensure consistent guest service standards, handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and minimize waste
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene compliance (HACCP/SOPs)
• Support managers with reporting, cost-control and service improvements
• Assist with events and banquet service as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in F&B supervision (hotel or upscale restaurant preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control and basic F&B cost principles
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Food safety certification preferred
