Front Desk Receptionists

We’re growing our team and currently looking for Full time and Part Time Front Desk Receptionists to join us. The role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
- Organize logistics and oversee day-to-day operations
- Respond to emails and organize bookings
- Organize transfers, car rentals and taxi transport
- Greet guests and show them to their rooms
- Provide advice on local attractions, events and other useful local information
- Liaise with Ritual Dive about any dive queries or bookings
- Liaise with tour operators about bookings and queries
- Keeping reception area tidy + clean
- Taking payments from customers + inputting bookings into the system
- Any other activity that may arise depending on the requirement of the services or exigencies of the services
- Previous experience in a similar front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English (additional languages are an asset)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Confident using computers and familiar with booking platforms such as Booking.com and hotel PMS or channel manager systems
- Flexible to work morning, evening, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
