Front Desk Representative (South, Malta)

With a global footprint such as Malta, Fiji, and Australia, we partner with businesses and offer solutions to enhance their customer care experiences from handling inbound and outbound customer support to running a multilingual contact centre that take care of questions and tech support.

We are looking for candidates to join our team on a new venture with one of our existing clients. If you are someone passionate about customer care, and interested in a front desk position, this might be a good fit for you.

Main tasks and responsibilities

•Saving the Day: You’ll be the first line of contact when our customers enter the premises. Whether it's a question, an issue, or a moment of confusion, you’ll swoop in to make everything right.

•Listening Like a Pro: You'll be a customer’s favourite person because you truly listen. Whether they’re excited, frustrated, or just need a little guidance, you’ll offer a warm, welcoming experience every time.

•Customer Happiness is your Goal: You'll turn every interaction into a celebration of joy. No question is too small, no issue too big for you to handle with grace and a smile.

•Working close to home: Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from one location in their region.

Educational and skill requirements

•Languages: Fluency in both Maltese & English is mandatory.

•Communication Skills: You speak clearly, write like a pro, and know exactly how to make things sound friendly and approachable, whether on the phone, via email, or chat.

•Team Spirit: You’re a team player who loves to collaborate and share ideas. You thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard

•Customer Service Tips: Previous work experience in similar roles will be considered an asset. Training will be provided to all candidates.

•Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
